“Text Me When You Land”

Lonély Air, a project by Béis & Lonely Ghost.

The aesthetics, language, and visual world for this project draw heavily from the golden era of air travel, the 1970s. Inspired by vintage airline uniforms, luggage, travel ephemera, and the glamour of flying at a time when the journey itself felt like an occasion, Lonély Air imagines an alternate world of elevated travel and effortless escapism.

Every detail was designed to feel like it belonged to a real airline from another era, from the apparel, luggage, eye mask, sticker pack, and packaging to the broader visual identity and supporting materials. Truth be told, I wish I could still smoke a cheeky cig a mile high.
